Ju-jitsu in Europe

Community of ju-jitsu enthusiasts

It is very hard to describe something that is currently only a vision. A place where we could exchange information, compare opinions, show our photos and movies, publish events (competitions, seminars...) etc.

Why Ju-jitsu in Europe?

The goal is to build a community of ju-jitsu enthusiasts in Europe. There are strong national ju-jitsu federations, but I still miss one thing. Communication between "jutsuka" or fighters (as I call theme in this forum) regardless of their style or nationality. I don't address as fighters only people who actually compete in ju-jitsu fighting. No. I firmly believe that you are a fighter as soon as you decide to step in dojo and ask if you can join. There so many of those who would like to train martial arts but never actually make this big step. It is sometimes not easy to go to dojo after a long and stressful day at work or in school. Nevertheless I and so many others continue to do it.

Why Europe? Our communication and exchange of ideas can be global, but to actually meet and traing we need to be able to get together. If we prove to be large enough community we can invite masters from all around the world to join us and organise seminar, lecturs etc.

I invite everybody for a collective deliberation about ju-jitsu and other martial arts.

It will take time to build up a community, but if we manage to obtain one new member each day and make a small contribution to this network, I believe we are on a good way to succeed.
